In the parish of St-Rosaire, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, catchment of a source of drinking water which will serve 4 schools nearby.

This project, with a total cost of $5,000, will provide drinking water to more than 5,000 beneficiaries.

Hello Mr. Jean & Mrs. Fatima,

During our last project, we built a spring in Wazina and this spring helps the population a lot. They thus had water throughout the dry season.
I have again a proposal for the construction and the capture of another source:
This is the capture of a spring in the parish of St Rosaire de ABA which is located in the North-East of DR Congo, 18 km from the border of South Sudan. Since 2014, the parish of St Rosaire has welcomed more than 45,000 South Sudanese refugees to the Meri camp. The farmers of the Watsa mission around the parish do not have a source of drinking water. The only source that exists is at the General Hospital and they don't have access to it. They are therefore forced to turn to the soiled waters of the swamps located behind the parish. I spent a year in the parish and it was extremely difficult for us to have drinking water.

The capture of a source behind the Parish will provide water to more than 5,000 people. The faithful who come to the parish will be able to find drinking water nearby as well as the pupils of the schools (4) who are on the territory of the Parish.
     
The work will be carried out by the “Entreprise de Génie en Construction Moderne (EGCM)” which built the Kozonva spring in Wazina and I was satisfied with the quality of their work. The cost of the project for the capture of a source is $5,000 CAD.

I will never stop saying thank you for the trust placed in me and for the help you provide by providing drinking water to the rural population in my area.
