From: Yves Fecteau, Quebec Rotary Club
To: Jean and Fatima, Rotary Club of Montreal and Coup de Coeur Foundation
Dear Jean and Fatima,
I’m writing to you again in a short period of time because I have a great project to present to you again, and time is running out. In fact, we have just received the announcement that The Rotary Foundation will cease funding for donations from Clubs (0.5 times any donation given by a Club) on June 30th. Having therefore another extraordinary project and considering the little time we have to raise the funds, I turn once more to you, who we are of a precious support.
This time, it is another project in the Tandjouaré-Dapaong region, where we will both rehabilitate four boreholes in as many villages and dig four new ones in four other villages. This project will enable more than 40 000 residents in the eight villages involved to obtain drinking water. As mentioned above, we need to hurry to be able to take advantage of the grant from The Rotary Foundation, which for this project would reach $ 34 500.
You have been an incomparable and invaluable help to us through many projects and, once again, we are sure that our partnership will allow the realization of another splendid project.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Truly,
Yves Fecteau
