In the Obuasi region, near Kumasi, Ghana, drilling of 19 new boreholes, installation of  two water systems for as many small communities and  reparation of a well. Also, in the same region, construction of 62 “Microflush” toilets and grant of 80 microcredit loans. The project, of a total cost of  $ 184,658.00, will provide drinking water and financial support to more than 15,000 beneficiaries.

Dear Walter,

Following your email from last January, you informed us that you had been approached by the Obuasi Rotary Club, in Ghana, to set up a major project in their region which involves the following:
Drilling of 19 new boreholes, establishment of two water systems in two communities and repair of a well. In addition, setting up of 62 “Microflush” toilets and creation of 80 micro-credit loans. In total, this large-scale project will provide incredible support to more than 15,000 beneficiaries at a cost of $ 184,658.00. 
Our Rotary Club of Montreal would be interested in becoming the International Club for this project, provided of course that you are the prime contractor and responsible for all stages of the implementation.
It’s always a renewed pleasure to work with you on water projects and I hope we will have the opportunity to set up this one, which will offer water and various services to thousands of people.
