To: Jean and Fatima, Fondation Coup de Coeur and Rotary Club of Montreal

Dear Jean and Fatima,

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for all the projects that we have been able to carry out, at the Rotary Club of Quebec, thanks to your very significant financial support. Our partnerships, which extend around the world, notably in Togo, Peru and Honduras today give access to clean water to tens of thousands of beneficiaries, which will bring them health, education, and therefore autonomy.
I’m here today to propose a new water project in Togo, which will provide drinking water to 54,000 beneficiaries, a very impressive number. This is a project to rehabilitate 27 boreholes in as many villages, the total cost of which is $227 800. The great news for this super impact project is that it could exceptionally, in addition to obtaining The Rotary Foundation’s grant of $70 656, obtain another one from the Government of Canada of an amount of $86 500.
Our remarkable past successes in our completed projects allow me to affirm that this project will undoubtedly add to a well-supplied list of philanthropic successes! Thanks again for all the help you give us.

Sincerely yours,

Yves Fecteau
Quebec Rotary Club
