The project, with a total cost of $ 42,300.00 will bring clean water to more than 4 745 beneficiaries.

Hello Mr. Gagnon and Mrs. Lahmami,

I hope this letter finds you well and healthy despite the pandemic situation we are currently experiencing.
I come to you with good news! As I advised you a few days ago, our Water Access Program team has been authorized by the Indian government to resume their work. Several projects for water purification systems had begun before the pandemic; for some of them, it only remained to inaugurate the project. I am therefore in a position today to share with you the results of three projects which have taken place thanks to the generosity and solidarity of Mr. and Mrs. Baril. These projects have helped a total of more than 4,745 people! As you will see, they were of the utmost importance. I am enclosing here two photos of children who are directly affected by the excess fluoride in the water of the beneficiary villages. The boy in the photo has dental fluorosis while the girl has skeletal fluorosis.
By providing easy and affordable access to purified water for all women, men and children in the affected villages, Mr. and Mrs. Baril have given them an incredible helping hand. These projects will have a concrete impact on their health, hygiene and quality of life. It’s a donation that turns into an investment that allows entire communities to enjoy basic human rights and take charge of themselves. On behalf of the people who have benefited from these three water access projects, thank you very much.
