Dear Mrs. Lahmami and Mr. Gagnon, 

My name is Tim Aline Rebeaud, founder and representative of the Maison Chance Association in Vietnam, which has been helping street children, orphans and people with disabilities for 25 years. Our mission is to improve the living conditions of these people, rehabilitate them and reintegrate them socially. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to the financial independence of the beneficiaries who can work, and especially to recover the dignity and equality for each of them, while allowing them access to education, vocational training, medical care and basic needs such as food and housing.
As part of our education project, which has been supporting around 500 children every year since 2016, we have integrated educational programs for children with mental disabilities from our social center in Ho Chi Minh City. These programs have brought us great success in terms of improving the health and living conditions of these children.
Wishing to replicate this model in remote areas where many poor children and people with disabilities need help, we built our second social center in Dak Nong province, one of the poorest regions of Vietnam. To date, this social center supports 118 beneficiaries daily and will welcome more than 130 beneficiaries in 2019, including 25 children with disabilities. Three specialized classes dedicated to these children will allow them to participate in creative and fun activities. So that this project can be done, we solicit your generosity by asking you for a contribution of $ 600 to purchase material of creative activities for a duration of one year.
