Warm greetings from the SOPAR and Bala Vikasa teams. The Coup de Coeur Foundation has been a generous supporter of SOPAR's actions for several years. We are very grateful to you and on behalf of the people who benefit from your projects in India and on our behalf, we sincerely thank you.
It is with confidence that I am sending you today a new request that we received recently from our partner in India. The Water Access Team is looking for a benefactor who could help install three water purification systems in the following 3 villages:
Ravindra Nagar, Rajpet and Kowtha-B, (Telangana District) in India. These three facilities will provide drinking water to more than 5,591 beneficiaries.
Mr. Yadagiri is the mayor of Ravindra Nagar and he wrote to us the following:
"We need purified water in our village. People are often sick because of the concentration of fluoride in the water above the maximum limits. Many have joint disorders that handicap them and also causes them a lot of suffering. Perhaps it is too late for us adults, but we must act for our children and the generations that will follow them."
