The project:
Visual screening offered to 300 pupils at Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs Elementary School, Verdun.
The request:
17 January 2017
From: Anne-Marie Roy, Director, Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs School, Verdun
To: Fondation Coup de Coeur
Good day Mrs. Langlois and Mr. Gagnon,
My name is Anne-Marie Roy and I am the Director of the Elementary School Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs at the Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Board in the city of Verdun. This school has 300 pupils and has a deprivation index of 10, the highest by the Ministry of Education of Quebec on a scale of 10.
We are aware that your Foundation is undertaking an eye disease screening program under the direction of Dr. Claude Chagnon, Volunteer Optometrist.
As we know very well that many of our students should be screened, which is recommended annually for children, we would be interested in being among those who will have the opportunity to participate in this program.
Be assured of our full cooperation and deep appreciation in the event of a positive response from you.
We look forward to hearing from you with great enthusiasm.
Thank you in advance for the interest you bring to our request.
Anne-Marie Roy
