The request:
Hello Melanie and Abdou.
Following our meeting last week when you told us about your interest in carrying out a humanitarian project, here is our suggestion:
We have been working for several years with the NGO SOPAR of Gatineau, which has been doing an exceptional job in India for more than 35 years.
Just in the field of water, they drilled more than 6,300 wells and installed the same number of pumps and curbs in addition to setting up 750 water filtration systems, serving more than 1.3 million people.
Their experience and method of work make them outstanding leaders in the humanitarian field.
Regarding the sustainability of their projects, their roadmap places them in our opinion on the first step of the podium.
As a first step, we recommend you to do a small well drilling surmounted by a manual pump in a small village of about 200 people, a project that would have a total cost of $ 850.00 Cdn.
For any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Pending your decision, we remain available at all times.
