The project:

In the indigenous village of Santa Eulalia in Guatemala, installing a supply system and water filtration for the 6100 inhabitants of the village and for its hospital. The total project cost is $ 162.000.00 US and expected to be completed in June 2017.

What a joy it was for me to visit Montreal with you and meet with members of the Montreal Rotary Club and members of the International Committee of your Rotary District in Cornwall.
Thank you for everything!  I had a fabulous time!!!
Concerning our water project, I am pleased to announce that we have made great strides since our last communication.
We received the updated revised cost projection allowing for price changes since the original fact finding 3 years ago.
We have now attached that document and all the others we believe are necessary for the TRF preliminary review.
We have secured enough pledged dollars and pledged DDF funds to meet the cost of the Phase 1 project.  So I have entered all that data as well.
I have sent the request out to the Authorizing persons (DG’s and Foundation Chairs and our Host partner) to please go to the Global Grant site and click their respective authorize buttons.
When those are completed, I will authorize also and SUBMIT.
This will be the Preliminary Submit for TRF to review.  They will put us through the usual Q&A.  We may be required to provide additional data upon request.
We are preparing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Municipality, Water Missions and the two Rotary Clubs.  It is not required but likely desired so we are pre-emptively getting it ready.  The two clubs and the Municipality are expecting it and standing by.
