Dear Fatima and Jean,
I have noticed your water projects adding up on your website and I see that all is going well on your end. Nancy and I are doing well on our side, but, today, I have received a small request from a friend. This request came from a good friend named Scott Rossi, of the Cary-Kildaire Rotary Club in North Carolina, who has often helped me in my projects.
He was making a business plan to build latrines and a water filtration project in Peru that was going well until he realized that his district (7710) ran out of available funds. He is short $10,000 of the $48,000 he needs to complete his arrangement so he called me and my friends for help.
Attached you will find a document completely describing the project. Understand that under these circumstances; I won’t forget my good friends in Quebec. It is for this reason that I am reaching out to you. Know well once again, my gratitude will match your generosity.
Looking forward to your positive reply and I remain—of this, I am certain—one of your privileged partners,
George Lewis
