The request:
Dear Jean and Fatima,
My name is Craig Saline from the Rotary Club of Andover in Massachusetts.
I am currently undertaking a water supply project for the Okari Village in Kenya along with my Rotary Club. The total project amount is $ 93,000.00 and our club will invest $10,000.00 in this project.
Our Rotary District as well as the Rotary Foundation will invest more than $ 50,000.00 but more than $ 20,000.00 are still missing.
I have contacted Jay Cook from Water Mission about this matter and he suggested that I contact you to get your help because he knows that you often take part in such projects.
Please find attached details of the project as well as how its sustainability will be ensured.
Would you please take notice of it and inform us as soon as possible if we can count on your help.
Your partnership would be appreciated to the highest point.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Craig Saline
