The Project: 

Program of four wells, two in the village of Bagraogo, one in the village of Tang SEGA and one in the village of Sigouwoussé - Yibou .

Hello Mr Gagnon and Mrs. Langlois,

Our Foundation ( FOUNDATION BAILLAIRGÉ ) of Sherbrooke, is embarking on a program of  four wells in Burkina Faso, two in the village of Bagraogo , one in the village of Tang SEGA and one in the village of Sigouwoussé - Yibou. 
Each of these four wells would provide water in the villages for at least 400 people, in total a minimum of 1600 people.  The total cost would be $40, 000 or $10, 000 per well.
We are aware of the five main values ​​of your foundation: Relevance, Transparency, Governance, Impact and Sustainability. We will not elaborate on the details of compliance with each of these values, as Father Michel Allaire who you know well will manage these projects.

Following discussions with you, we know and share the same appreciation of the exceptional effectiveness of Father Michel Allaire in this area and you are also aware of the diligence and professionalism with which he carried out each of his projects.
At this time we already have the amount of $ 30,000.00 for the project of the four boreholes and we are appealing to your Foundation for the $ 10,000.00 required to complete the financing of the work.

Some pictures taken this morning, in one of three villages, pictures that continue to show how the water problem still remains critical in the country of Burkina Faso.
I had a heavy heart, seeing these women sitting on the floor ... waiting their turn to draw water from the pump ... Our drilling had been carried out ... and it has relieved the inhabitants of 4 populous districts ... where the women walked 6.8 kilometers to fetch water early morning. 
But I realize that for these 4 districts a second drilling would be required urgently ... in order to satisfy this whole population that has only one desire: to be able to quench their thirst and provide water to their domestic animals. .. and to ensure basic hygiene to their families ... I make an appeal ... and I'm sure benefactors will share the gift of the precious water with the people here.
