Dear Ms. Lahmami Langlois and Mr. Gagnon,

First, we thank you for supporting our humanitarian activities for the 2014-2015 year with your $ 1,000.00 contribution .
Your donation allowed us to buy drugs, including cortisone injection vials (Celestone 6mg/ l), anesthetics ( Xylocaine 2% without epinephrine ) , antibiotic cream tubes (fucidin 2%). In addition to medication, we used the donations received to purchase materials such as: sterile compresses, plasters, arch support material for treating biomechanical problems, etc.
This year and for years to come, we are appealing to your generosity so that our humanitarian activities can continue. By the end of 2015, we will deploy two teams abroad, one in August that will start work in Bolivia and the other in December that will work in Vietnam.
Specifically for the year 2015-2016, in addition to drugs and materials mentioned above, we will need DIN 02131692 Bleomycin sulfate vials to treat a case of severe plantar warts (see our photos). This drug is 98% effective. 
Unfortunately the cost is very high, each vial costs us over $ 315.00 and we will need three vials to handle this case and other cases. Given the other costs of materials and medicines, a contribution of $ 1,500.00 would be greatly appreciated.
For your information, all donations received are used only for the purchase of equipment, medicines and instruments for the exclusive use of our missions. Without exception, all our volunteers, in addition to working for free, fully pay the associated expenses (transportation, accommodation, food) of their trip.
