Hello Jean and Fatima,

A new application for both of you today:
Building on the success of our project with Togo # 1 last year which was the rehabilitation of 11 wells for 11 schools, our Rotary Club of Quebec is undertaking a new project of the same kind in the district of Tandjouaré.
This time it is of the rehabilitation of 10 wells for 10 schools in several villages and digging a new well for a new school.
The amount of the project is $38,500.00 and we are requesting a contribution of up to $5,500.00 Canadian from your foundation.
Once again, there will be about 5,000 beneficiaries, students and peasant farmers combined. 
They are aware of the success of Togo Phase # 1 and more than eager to get also access to drinking water.
I also hereby confirm that it will be again Super Arsène who will be responsible to uphold five values that are so dear to your Foundation: Relevance, Transparency, Governance, Impact and Sustainability.
