Subject: Request for support to the Fondation Coup de Coeur

Good day Mr. Gagnon and Mrs. Lahmami,

I am the director of the Pierre-Rémy school at the Marguerite Bourgeoys school board.
Our institution is located in the borough of LaSalle in Montreal and we have a large part of our 425 students who come from a fairly disadvantaged economic environment. Our clientele, which is predominantly multiethnic, is made up of young people from preschool to grade 6. We have a classroom and two classes for 4-5 year olds with autism spectrum disorder.
We are aware that the Fondation Coup de Coeur offers a screening program for eye diseases. As we know very well, many of our students do not screen every year, so we would be interested in being part of the schools that will have the chance to participate.
